The Italian manufacturer BRETON designs and builds cutting-edge 5-axis machining centers for metal and composite materials. Exploring and developing new technologies is at the very heart of BRETON’s DNA.

The brand name BRETON reflects its history and identity: “BRE” comes from Brevetti (patents) and “TON” from Toncelli, the surname of the company’s founder, Marcello Toncelli. With over 420 patents, the Toncelli family continues to lead the company from its state-of-the-art facility in Castello di Franco, near Venice. BRETON exports its machines worldwide and counts some of the biggest names in aerospace and automotive among its clients, offering ultra-precise, high-tech equipment developed through turnkey projects.

It is now also active in other sectors and has just launched its new HAWX machine — a highly dynamic, monobloc model designed for light alloys, resins, and composites. BRETON thus offers a full range of 5-axis machining centers, featuring cradle-type machines with diameters up to 1700 mm, as well as gantry models for all capacities.
