    Puma XL hydraulic press brake


    The Dener PUMA XL CNC press brakes are designed to be user-friendly, reliable, and high-performance. They incorporate manufacturing technologies that ensure a high level of quality. This model comes standard with a 21" 3D graphic CNC touchscreen controller, ESA S 875 W, providing quick machine handling and easy part programming via the touch interface.

    With standard 2D and 3D programming functions, the Metalix software enables automatic generation of bending sequences, bend allowance calculations, and the creation of a library storing the history of your past projects.

    Gooseneck depth, stroke and opening with high capacity

    Thanks to its larger opening, stroke, and gooseneck depth compared to competitors, this machine allows for easy bending of a wide variety of part sizes.

    Standard 4-axis machine
    (Y1-Y2-X-R)

    The back gauge of the Puma XL range is made from a one-piece cast aluminum body. It plays a crucial role in ensuring bend quality and achieving precise parts. Whether working on simple components or complex multi-step pieces, this back gauge can be extended to 8 axes depending on your requirements.

    Standard ESA S 875 W 21" 3D CNC control unit

    Parts can be drawn directly on the touchscreen or entered manually by the operator using the automatic step-by-step bending system. The ESA S 875 W 21" CNC unit manages between 4 and 8 axes and optimizes bending sequences to improve overall efficiency.

    High-rigidity ram guiding system

    This permanent 4-point contact guiding system provides greater movement stability and precision.

    Height-adjustable front supports on linear rails

    These front supports, height-adjustable and mounted on linear guides, are available for press brakes from 175 tons upwards, offering real user comfort.


    Standard PROMECAM/AMADA punch/die tool holder system

    We provide standard PROMECAM/AMADA-type punch and die clamping systems, which can be adapted to meet specific customer needs.
