NC guillotine shear

Dener guillotine shears cut sheet metal from 6 to 20 mm thick, in standard lengths of 2 to 6 m. Machines with a higher cutting capacity are also available on special request.
These shears stand out for several features: an NC controller for the back gauge, manual blade gap adjustment, a motorised ball screw back gauge and adjustable front guards.
EHT 071 control unit
The EHT 071 is an intuitive control unit for single-axis shears. It stores 99 programs of up to 20 cutting steps each, for efficient operation tailored to users’ needs.
Ball transfer table
The front ball transfer table lets the operator move the sheet easily into the cutting area.
Cutting line lighting
The cutting line acts as a guide, enabling the operator to make accurate cuts.
Motorised blade gap adjustment (option)
The blade gap is set automatically according to the sheet thickness. This adjustment system delivers clean, accurate, high-quality cuts.
Back gauge system
